    Overview

    Learning Specialist

    Are you ready to join a team dedicated to driving revenue growth and enhancing educational experiences through a deep understanding of Teaching and Learning expertise? As our new Learning Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in securing the biggest deals through platform and services revenue growth.

    How can you contribute?

    You will collaborate extensively with local product, sales, and marketing teams, as well as central growth and enablement teams, to achieve success in this revenue-generating role.

    Our new Learning Specialist will be part of our successful Northern Europe team, working with internal teams to identify and secure opportunities with our Higher Education customers.

    What a typical day might look like?

    Being visible in the higher education academic markets – supporting and facilitating academic teaching to reimagine their approach to course delivery and assessment.

    Conducting impactful and customer-centric presentations to key decision-makers across faculty, teaching and learning departments.
    Evaluating functionality, value propositions, and differentiators of our solutions to our Higher Education customers.

    Collaborating with our existing digital customers to develop and implement courses, ensuring they receive the highest levels of delivery and support.

    Sharing valuable insights with local marketing team to craft effective messaging strategies.
    Coaching and mentoring our sales team to further develop their teaching and learning knowledge and confidence.
    What can you bring to the role?
    A deep understanding of the higher education landscape.
    Either from a commercial perspective
    Or, from an academic perspective
    Previous learning design expertise would be advantageous, preferably in SEM.
    The ability to work both independently and as a part of a commercially-focused team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A passion and desire to help the learning experience for educations and students.
