    Description

    Our client, an international architecture practice who have recently opened a studio in London, are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team.

    You will work with a team of hardworking and talented designers who are working on some landmark projects in the UAE and Europe.

    The role will be instrumental within the Practice, and will see you initially focussing on an exciting, high end hospitality projects in the Middle East.

    This is a permanent role, ideally to be based out their offices in Marylebone 5 days a week, however there could be some flexibility.

    Maintaining, filing and organisation of project documents (both electronic and/or hardcopies)
    Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and external parties
    Quality & compliance checks on documents
    Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
    Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
    Proven work experience as a Document Controller
    Knowledge of construction electronic document management systems (EDMS)
    Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Typing accuracy and efficiency
