- Putting vehicle data into the RAV system.
- Issue invoices for delivered cars.
- Input readyfordelivery cars into the MSA file or CRMsystem.
- Manages PO payback fromdealerships.
- Contribute to or submit variousreports & summaries.
- Assist the ITteam in designing the CRM system concerning the operationaldepartment.
- Other related contingent tasks andassignments by the LineManager.
- Fluent English language skills and Chinese languageskills are beneficial.
- Relevant qualificationin Business Administration Economics orFinance/Accounting.
- Skilled in MS softwareespecially for Excel Word and PPT.
- At least 2years experience preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and organizationskills
