- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in aerospace engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement in a senior role.
- Strong technical expertise in aerospace design, propulsion, aerodynamics, materials science, and/or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, with experience leading complex aerospace projects from concept to commercialization.
