    Description


    We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our client in Tiverton, supporting the business by delivering tailored advice and services to local teams, while also contributing to group-based projects.

    Our client is happy to consider applications from candidates seeking both Full-Time (35 hours per week) and Part-Time hours per week) employment.

    Key responsibilitiesProvide high-quality, locally focused HR advice and service.
    Work independently, reporting to the Group HR & Administration Manager.
    Deliver vital day-to-day operational support, including absence management and employee relations matters.
    Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and team to deliver HR services across the group.

    Key Skills RequiredFull working knowledge of Office 365.Previous understanding of HRIS.Experience in a generalist HR role, including employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation.

    Minimum CIPD Level 3 in HR or substantial professional experience.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    Ability to organize events and facilitate training sessions.
    Daily DutiesProvide support to colleagues and managers within established policies and procedures.
    Conduct exit interviews and manage the leaver's process.
    Audit and review HR policies, procedures, and documentation regularly.
    Oversee investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
    Prepare necessary documentation for HR administrative tasks.
    Support efforts to improve attendance, including managing long-term sick leave.
    Assist with the upkeep and implementation of company policies and procedures.
