    Description
    Organon is hiring a Site Procurement Lead to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland.

    The successful candidate will develop country procurement objectives and targets in respective categories including, annual productivity, working capital targets, indirect procurement savings & contracting targets.

    Supports continuous procurement process improvement, driving personal productivity within the team.

    Engages, obtains sponsorship and influences senior level stakeholders / demonstrates procurement value proposition, creates a delivery plan shared jointly with business stakeholders.

    Develops end to end risk management strategies and performance management & improvement strategies.
    Acts as change agent, demonstrating added value brought by the procurement function. Actively supports diversity, within Organon as well as including, expanding relationships with diverse, SME suppliers.
    MBA or CPM /Supply Chain certification preferred.
    Demonstrable experience in manufacturing / supply chain / direct materials procurement / capital arena.
    Experience with direct materials, services and capital procurement.
    Demonstrates strong leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and conflict management skills.

    Demonstrates capabilities in strategic stakeholder relationship management, supplier relationship management, project management, cost optimisation, negotiations and contract management, financial / legal acumen.
