    Business Continuity Manager
    Maintain and execute Group-wide Business Continuity Management and crisis management including standards and testing.

    These sub-functions collaborate across security capabilities, with IT and business teams and functions such as HR, Risk Management and Compliance.

    Monitors internal and external threats to the enterprise in the business continuity domain. Support the business continuity management system, training Support the engagement with the due diligence management process.
    Deliver the business continuity management system; provide guidance to central and local security and business teams.

    Execute the business continuity planning strategy and approach for an / several entity/ies / divisions / to drive consistency and standardization.

    Coordinate the testing schedule for business continuity and crisis management; maintain the database of responses to accelerate client-issued RfPs and RfIs.

    Develop inputs for relevant governance bodies, and required outputs and prepare reports for the business.
    Develop business cases and 'proof of concepts' for new business continuity plans / solutions .

    Coordinate and drive engagement with key business stakeholders to ensure appropriate consideration is given to business continuity requirements in periods of business change and product development.
