    The role is an exciting opportunity for a junior HR professional to fulfil a generalist HR role exposed to all tenants of the HR function in a global financial firm.

    The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner team to support the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) business in delivery of their regional People Strategy.


    Work with regional and global HCM colleagues to deliver talent management processes to the business, including: talent reviews, performance feedback, promotions, compensation, and other annual processes.

    Liaise with the business and HCM counterparts to facilitate employee transfers (local and international), hiring and leavers
    Analyse and review people data to shape and drive the People Strategy (e.g. attrition, diversity, headcount metrics)
    Partner with HCM functional groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting) to ensure the delivery of a seamless HCM service to clients
    Participate in global and regional projects across the HCM spectrum

    Junior HR professional ( approx. Problem solving and technical skills with an analytical mind-set, comfortable with data analysis including using Excel and Powerpoint
