    Default job background
    £30,000
    Description

Job Description At Firestarter, we create engaging, authentic and highly differentiated brands, assets and campaigns for 'rebel with a cause' entrepreneurial businesses.

Oh, and we're all about brand and identity - so we're only looking for people to join us who are as passionate about this as we are.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to experience and learn all aspects of working in a creative scale-up, from supporting prospecting through to project execution and delivery of our flagship branding programmes and beyond.

So, you'll be just as comfortable nurturing long-term client and team relationships as you are managing projects and analysing data (a big ask, we know).

Flexibility and adaptability are key, but the following should be a solid foundation for the role:

Taking ownership of mission-critical tasks and finding ways to move forward faster without compromising quality.

    Project Management:

Working closely with the founders and other team members to ensure client and internal projects run smoothly, on budget, on time, and on brand.

    Supporting Financial Functions :
Assisting and eventually taking on more responsibility for accounts payable and receivable functions. Assisting the founder with market, industry, prospect, and competitor research to support campaigns and projects.

    Data and Reporting:
Using data to tell a story

    Collaborating with Partners :

Working proactively with partners from SEO, web development, and events teams to devise and deliver brand-led campaigns and initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing branding agency as a Founders Associate.

Based in London with the flexibility to work hybrid, you will serve as the founder's right hand and support the growth of the business.

Given the demands of running multiple projects simultaneously, you'll need to demonstrate strong project coordination and administration abilities.
You'll be comfortable analyzing complex data and producing options and plans based on analytical findings.

You'll be highly proficient in the core MS Office / Google Suite applications (think beautiful PowerPoints, punchy Word documents, and impactful pivot tables).

You'll be equally comfortable in face-to-face meetings and online calls as you are with analyzing datasets and managing projects.

You must have a legal right to work in the UK and be within commuting distance of London.

The total compensation package includes pension and discretionary bonuses & commission based on individual contributions and company performance.
~ Benefit from a flexible hybrid working model which includes spending time in some great locations in London and beyond.
~25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
