Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Strategy to join our highly skilled and dynamic Corporate Strategy team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Oxford or the Midlands, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
What's the opportunity?
This is an exciting role within our Corporate Strategy team who help define the overall strategy for Forseven and oversee it's delivery.We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can bringing clarity and structure whilst leading peers and more senior colleagues to deliver critical business priorities. This role is to ensure the execution of all strategic studies to time and cost constraints and to develop the definition of the strategic study approval and execution processes.
As the Head of Strategy within our Corporate Strategy Function, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives critical to the success of our organisation. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing the implementation of strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with our overall corporate objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic business environment.
