    Description

    Role Overview:


    Working on our Angular based web and mobile applications that help inform and guide Agronomists and Farmers you will be working closely with UX designers and Product owners to build out exciting new features and help maintain and evolve existing functionality.

    The role involves understanding requirements, following best practices and actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.

    You will have well developed technical expertise and be comfortable writing and reviewing Angular code, contributing to functional specifications and working closely with UX designers.

    You will also provide guidance to more junior level engineers.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Understand and translate requirements to designs

    Improve functionality of existing systems

    Build efficient, scalable features in Angular

    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code

    Participate in code reviews

    Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies

    Prepare technical documentation


    Skills and Experience:
    JS Front-end Engineer that understands and demonstrates best practices when writing code

    Strong experience with Angular, RxJS and Web Services

    Knowledge and good understanding of Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS

    Experience of writing unit tests

    Good knowledge of Front-end performance optimisation

    Good problem-solving skills with a customer centric approach

    Experience of guiding more junior members of the team
