    BI Programme ManagerRole Overview:

    As the Programme Manager with analytics experience, you will play a key role in leading and managing business intelligence initiatives to support data driven decision making across the organisation.

    Your programme management expertise and technical skills will drive the success of projects and programmes and transition new services into delivery.

    Role Scope:

    Full-Time Hours:
    This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours

    Fixed Term Position:
    Join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months with possible extension

    Remote Work Schedule:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Programme Management:
    You will be responsible for the definition and management of an overall programme plan and budget

    Service Delivery:
    Ensure that the solution can be operated effectively once it has been delivered and for transitioning new services into delivery

    Data Analysis:
    To perform interrogation and analysis on a range of data sets, using Arden & GEM BI tools and other BI products as appropriate, to deliver insight and intelligence to customers


    Data Quality:
    Ensure data integrity, quality, and security standards are maintained throughout the lifecycle, in compliance with NHS data governance policies and regulations

    Analysing Information:
    Expertly analyse and make sense of intricate information from a variety of sources, aiming to drive project and programme progress with well-informed decisions

    Engaging Stakeholders:
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions and analytics projects

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Educational Achievement:
    Educated to degree level or demonstrate equivalent significant experience in delivery of the responsibilities described

    Data Analysis:
    Proven track record in analysis of NHS information and data flows to support commissioning of healthcare is desirable

    Knowledge:
    Experience in managing risk logs and writing specifications preferably in an NHS or healthcare setting

    Project Management Methodologies:
    A robust grasp of project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and MSP, with a preference for those familiar with their application in healthcare projects

    Organisational Excellence:
    Outstanding ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and deadlines, particularly in fast-paced and complex environments

    Communication Skills:

    High proficiency in both written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to negotiate on difficult and controversial issues.

    Be able to communicate technical language to a non-technical audience.
