Job Title: Employee Relations Adviser Months FTC (Maternity Cover)

Location: London/Slough

Working Environment: Hybrid Working

Contract: Fixed Term (12-month Maternity cover)

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of an Employee Relations Adviser:

Engaging with external legal partners
Supporting Senior People Partners with organizational change tasks
Advising on various scenarios from performance/disciplinary issues to Tribunal matters
Contributing to the review and development of People policies and procedures
