    Employee Relations Adviser - 12 Months FTC (Maternity Cover) at London/Slough

    Work Environment: Hybrid Working

    Contract: Fixed Term (12 months Maternity cover)

    Hours per week: 37.5 hours

    Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits +3 complimentary training days

    A Day in the Life of an Employee Relations Adviser:

    • Collaborating with external legal partners
    • Assisting Senior People Partners with organizational changes such as short-term absences, grievance meetings, performance evaluations, restructures, TUPE, etc.
    • Ideally, you will have managed various scenarios from performance/disciplinary issues to Employee Tribunal cases. Moreover, you must demonstrate confidence and persistence in advising multiple stakeholders and ensuring the execution of recommended actions.
    • Contributing to the enhancement of People policies and procedures within the legal employment framework and supporting their implementation throughout the organization.
