    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
    • Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, with a track record of successfully implementing BCM strategies and programs in complex organisations
    • Strong knowledge of BCM planning methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on leveraging technology solutions such as Fusion Software
    • In-depth understanding of regional BC regulation requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and adapting strategies accordingly
    • Proficiency in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing recovery requirements to assess and mitigate potential business disruptions
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and facilitate testing exercises for Business Continuity Plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively in dynamic environments, effectively mitigating risks and enhancing resilience
