Head of Community Partnerships - London, United Kingdom - Kittl Technologies GmbH

    Default job background
    Description
Kittl isn't just another design platform: We're here to transform the way creators work, offering an intuitive platform as a competitive alternative to traditional design tools

With a community driven approach, this team puts our product in front of everyone in the world who wants to design.

As our newest Partnerships Manager, you'll be handling the implementation of new strategies to grow Kittl's presence via partners in Europe.

You'll be focussed on influencers on Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok, but with the scope to get creative with your revenue generation, including expansion into new channels (e.g. affiliates) & regions.

You'll work hand-in-hand with product teams to ensure our outreach is aligned to our core markets, users, and use-cases - and will be critically useful to help regional expansion worldwide.

Keep track of our different channels of influencer marketing (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure they work together and complement each other across channels
Identify new potential markets for Kittl and test our product there with local influencers
    Campaign planning and implementation
You have 2+ years of experience in business development
Proven track record of over-performance against clear commercial objectives
    You're highly data-driven – a core value we cherish
    Reporting & data analysis experience
30 vacation days per year for all employees
~ An allowance of 50 working days per year (10 weeks, if you count the weekend) of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)
~ Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl)
~ Regular team events, offsites, and visits to HQ in Berlin, Germany
~ Office opening in London later in 2024

At Kittl, we embrace diversity and value every team member's unique background, identity, and experience.
