    Senior HR Advisor

    Up to £40,000

    Glasgow (5 days onsite)

    FTC to cover MAT cover

    Iconic Resourcing HR are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our client based in Glasgow on a FTC basis to cover MAT cover. You will be working as part of a fast paced HR team. This role would suit a strong HR Advisor looking for a step up. You will partner with stakeholders and managers to coach and guide them on employee relations (absence, disciplinaries, grievances)

    You will be someone with a strong background in the advisory space within a fast paced organisation. You will assist the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide a proactive and effective HR service across all divisions of the business. The role will encompass all generalist HR duties.

    You will be:

    • Experienced at HR Advisory level
    • Confident in dealing with complex ER case work
    • Experience of working at a fast paced
    • Efficient, organised and committed
