    What about us?

Dragons Group is an independent creative agency specialised in the digital world with HQs in Barcelona and teams working from the US, UK, Germany and Portugal.

We bridge the real world with the digital world through creative solutions.

We aren't a huge agency where you'll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

We are looking for a talented and highly organised freelance Community Manager to nurture and grow our client's online communities for the Portuguese and Spanish markets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with healthcare brands that require and will be a passionate advocate for community engagement, with excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive community culture, driving engagement, and facilitating meaningful interactions among members.

    Responsibilities

    • Propose monthly content schedules tailored to different business units across various social media platforms, leveraging performance insights for optimal engagement.

    Timely Content Publication:

    • Execute and manage the timely publication of content, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.

    Transcreation:

    • Upon receiving the content, translate this to any required languages (Portuguese and Spanish in this case), and adapt it to the culture of the local market so that it resonates with the target audience in the new language and culture.
    • Ensure that factors such as nuances in culture, tone, context, and idiomatic expressions are taken into account to ensure that the message remains effective and culturally relevant for each market.

    Community Building and Support:

    • Maintain, support, and foster growth within various online communities, engaging with users on a daily basis and addressing their queries and concerns.

    Brand Image and Perception:

    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive brand image, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

    Pharmacovigilance Monitoring:

    • Perform daily monitoring and notification of pharmacovigilance cases, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and understanding of the critical nature of this task.

Collaboration with Content and Design Teams:

    • Assist the content and design teams, providing support in their tasks to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online presence.

    Strategic Support:

    • Contribute insights and support to the strategy team, aligning community management efforts with overarching business goals.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of community initiatives.
    • Passion for building communities and fostering meaningful connections.
