    Full time permanent position Working hours Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 3pm Hybrid working system - 2 days in the office / 3 days at home

    The Company:

    The Role:

    • Respond to technical enquiries from distributors, resellers and end users via email, web chat, live chat and social media
    • Resolve any issues from customers within a dedicated time frame
    • Run tests following customer issues recording these findings for in house research
    • The Candidate:
    • Fluent in German (written & spoken) essential
    • Previous experience in technical support needed
    • Knowledge of computer systems and networks beneficial
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Customer service focused
    • Confident, proactive & dynamic
    • Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system)
