    Job Title:
    Business Analyst (3-Month Contract)

    Contract Type:
    Hybrid (On-site and Remote)

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join the Environment and Neighbourhoods (E&N) Directorate of a local authority in Kensington.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that services are customer-centric and efficient.

    Lead business analysis activities within the E&N Directorate, focusing on digital transformation initiatives.

    Act as a role model for strong business analysis skills and advocate for their importance in achieving transformation objectives.

    Take ownership of analysis throughout project lifecycles, including building analysis and research plans and executing them effectively.
    Utilise data to enhance service accessibility and simplicity, conducting research with both internal and end users.

    Translate user needs into actionable user stories and visualise current and future service processes and journeys using business process modelling techniques.

    Deep understanding of business analysis profession and skills, including proficiency in business process modeling tools.
    Experience with agile methodologies and software development practices.
    Proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products using agile methodology.
    Prior experience as a business analyst in teams building products and platforms.
