    Description
    Shift Coordinator required for a busy processing plant in the Edmonton area.

    This role is within a team of onsite recruitment specialists to coordinate and support the workforce and the site with day-to-day people management.

    You will need to be bilingual with Romanian language and English language to support the workforce.

    You will support the work force with planning, HR issues, wellbeing, and basic safety through to the screening, interviewing and inductions of new starters.


    Working in a team of 4, you will you cover the 24-7 operation working a 4 on 4 off pattern, 7am to 7pm, for 2 shifts then 10am-10pm for the other two.

    Supporting the workforce with performance and supervision including health and safety, work rates and moral


    • Fulfilment and performance review meetings
    • Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
    • Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
    • Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries through to manage rotas and holidays.
    • Safety screening including alcohol testing
    • Health and safety records
    • Working as a team to fulfil shift management
    Bilingual to translate Romanian


    • Highly efficient in compliance and data management for HR records, payroll and reports
