    Service Manager - Ultrasound - Hybrid - Too Be Discussed

    This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great brand in the UK that are part of an International group within Medical Devices.

    A highly respected company looking for an enthusiastic person to lead the UK Servicing team for Ultrasound

    Great offering to the medical market, this company is well placed across the UK and beyond.
    Known for investing in staff training and development.

    The client is looking to build from the ground up an Ultrasound Service offering to complement their current business.

    You should thoroughly understand commercial aspects and nuances of the ultrasound service marketplace and in particular repair/service.

    You should have the skills and drive to put together a convincing business plan to introduce and launch this service offering.

    To prepare and present to the board a fully costed business plan to launch an Ultrasound Service offering for the UK market.

    Following board approval set-up a service facility, this will include proposing premise's, recruitment of personnel and sourcing of equipment required.

    Put in place appropriate systems and processes to ensure legal compliance.

    Once the initial business set-up is completed the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Sales function to deliver growth through excellent service delivery, ensuring monthly revenue targets are met, meeting new business targets and key performance indicators, and ensuring there is prompt and efficient coverage for service contracts.

    A proven service background in Ultrasound is essential.

    The role demands a high level of professionalism, tenacity, a positive mental attitude, excellent negotiation skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.
