    National Account Manager - 12 month FTC with huge branded CP manufacturer

    About the business

    A top employer in Consumer Products sector are hiring for a National Account Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a business that have exploded in the last 2 years with multi-million-pound growth across all channels c.30% YOY uplifts. The brand has global presence already and after embarking on a Digital Transformation project, they are embarking on a business upskilling & acceleration project with fantastic marquee NPD to hit global growth agendas.

They have a brilliant team that have fantastic ideas bringing to life their brands and products around the world They have put the foundations in place with superb brand building which has created a number of market leading brands and now is the time to maximise ROI and pull it all together as they continue to drive market share.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a commercially driven National Account professional to step in and manage a top 4 customer on a 12 month FTC. This makes it perfect for someone looking to step back into the FMCG market from an extended break, or a Buyer looking to transition across.

    Of course immediate starts are ideal as the gap in the team is now as a result of maternity leave. This is a business investing and growing so the FTC may not be the end, but of course we cannot promise that:

    • Full strategic responsibility for customer
    • Full management of P&L
    • Close cross functional work with Category and Cust Marketing Teams
    • Heavily marketing led business so time to get your creative juices flowing with full responsibility for in store planning and activation.

    About You:

    You will already have a strong background in large branded consumer business and have experienced a rotation on a customer. You must come from an FMCG background with a preference for branded consumer product:

    • Experience in a sales, retail buying or customer facing marketing role
    • FMCG big business or large branded training background
    • Experience of presenting to customers
    • Bundles of energy and creativity
    • Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey these guys are a social bunch so bring your A game.
