As a Digital Learning Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our organization.
Produce high-quality video content tailored to learning objectives.Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for graphic design and multimedia creation.
Engage in all stages of the learning process, from requirement capture, through design and development, to deployment on our Learning Management System (LMS).
Develop product learning materials that are informative, engaging, and tailored to technical audiences with artefacts that are suitable for digital and in-person delivery.
Adapt and contribute creatively to projects within the learning design and delivery spectrum.Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Proven experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Strong background in video production and graphic design for learning purposes.
Ability to create learning artefacts for both digital and in-person learning delivery.
Ability to work effectively in an agile team and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with other eLearning authoring tools.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Note:
Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
