Spread Co, the FCA* regulated financial services company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to lead it's account acquisition and retention.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the new DMM will join the senior executive team comprised of the Head Dealer, the CTO, Head of Client Services, Head of Sales, and our Compliance Manager.
Working alongside our Head of Sales, the DMM will assume responsibility for the annual marketing budget and through it, the creation of qualified leads whilst building and enhancing the Spread Co brand.
This is an exciting role for an ambitious marketing executive with a proven track record to move up to marketing management. Or a current marketing manager keen to work nearer home. Or perhaps driven by a desire to leave an agency and move into an entrepreneurial client environment.

The Role
The primary objective of the role is to take overall responsibility for our brand and the sourcing of new clients.
You'll need a broad understanding of digital marketing and will understand the importance of constantly engaging content and communication.
Having ownership of the marketing function, you'll define, deploy and manage key campaign launches across multiple platforms.
In addition, you'll manage and drive digital media creation, both inhouse or through our network of creative and other agencies and will ensure that our business communications remain on-brand, fresh, updated relevant to our market.
You'll be given a budget to cover media spend and fees, and commissions to the agencies you choose to use.
Key skills, experiences and qualifications required
Knowledge of the financial services market not essential but preferred. We're primarily looking for a self-motivated marketing professional.
The winning candidate will have demonstrated the ability to deliver qualified sales leads within a budgeted CPA.
We're looking for experience and proven competence in Content writing, Attribution models, Performance marketing(Google Ads, Display Marketing, Video Marketing, Affiliate marketing), SEO management (SEO Monitor), Budget management, Performance / KPI reporting, and at least 3 to 5+ years' commercial experience.
You'll need to be familiar with CRM configuration (SalesForce) and capable of generating and presenting the required analytics for your own campaign management purposes and to communicate internally. Other technical skills will be very helpful: Html, CSS, JavaScript and an understanding of how WordPress works.
You'll have an ability to work enthusiastically and maturely alongside colleagues, and be able communicate intelligently and effectively internally, and externally with clients and agencies and our partner companies.
Degree level education not essential.
Working from home
Spread Co now operates a hybrid working environment with the majority of staff dividing the working week between home and office. The exact conditions for this role will be subject to company policy which may vary.
