    But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for an outstanding Pre-Sales Professional to evolve and shape Glide's solution architecture practice.

    You will be a self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills who can tailor information to the needs of the audience.

    Experience of some/all of the following will also help:

    Experience in fibre and copper network design across multiple verticals
    Technology knowledge and/or experience in WAN/LAN/WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP, Firewalls and Security, PON (GPON, XGSPON), IoT (Zigbee, BLE, Lora), Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, Hypervisor

    Location :
    Hybrid with expectation of office attendance in Birmingham 1-2 days per week

    Contract :
    Full Time, Permanent
    00 (depending on experience)

    Your role as a Pre-sales Engineer:

    Glide's technology solutions transform the way people live and work and you will be a critical part of that, assisting the sales teams in driving revenue and profit.

    Collaborating with multiple stakeholders through the solutions sale cycle.
    Providing technical consultancy/presales support on bids and tenders for sales opportunities.

    Working collaboratively with the Sales Team, attending customer meetings (physical and virtual), and assisting in qualifying the prospective client's suitability for solution offerings.

    Creating and building high level designs.
    Building Proposals and BoM's (Bill of Materials) for all solutions.
    Conducting Pre-Sales site surveys and activities where needed.
    Hybrid (Birmingham): 1-2 days per week in office
