    The last year has seen rapid, organic growth due to new projects, clients and partnerships, with company headcount doubling to facilitate this Join this well-established business in the North West for your opportunity to utilise your experience within this 'one stop' event service and their wonderful team
    This role will see you working closely with the Operations Manager, to facilitate and aid in the smooth transition to a new facility due to the business' growth
    Assisting with the design and implementation of new warehouse facility (in excess of 80,000 SQ FT)
    Supporting the implementation of strategic plans to optimize operations & services within the new facility
    Improving cost efficiency and overall performance
    Ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental standards
    Managing and coordinating maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security systems etc.
    Managing external contractors
    Managing the maintenance of company vehicles

    To be considered for the role, you must have experience in facilities management, preferably within a large scale site.
