    Description

    After a period of strong growth in the last few years, we are excited to announce that we are seeking to expand our sales team at Incentivesmart, a leading B2B rewards and recognition platform in the UK. This role involves engaging with a variety of exciting companies, from initial contact to closing deals.     Position Details:
    • Salary: Commensurate with experience
    • Location: Milton Keynes, MK16 0FJ / Hybrid
    • Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
    • Benefits:

    • Reporting To: Head of Sales
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Qualify, build, and manage a high-value sales pipeline in a systematic manner
    • Manage all stages of the sales cycle comprehensively, from initial contact to closing deals
    • Deliver effective online and in-person presentations using deep product knowledge and sales best practices
    • Sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through complex organizations to secure buy-in

    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Demonstrated experience engaging with businesses with over £100m turnover
    • Ability to articulate and demonstrate previous sales methodologies
    • Experience in handling lengthy sales cycles of 9 months or more
    • Proven track record in leading intricate negotiations for commercial agreements
    • Determined, industrious, and tenacious mindset
