As part of this team, you will be instrumental in driving both routine operations and transformative initiatives that align with our People Strategy. Your focus will be on fostering inclusivity and a sense of belonging, collaborating with colleagues to advance our organizational goals.
In a period of transition, we are committed to modernizing our policies and terms while aiming to significantly impact our workforce. As an HR Adviser, your role will involve spearheading innovative policy development efforts and ensuring seamless integration of these policies throughout the organization. You will also engage closely with Trade Unions to nurture partnerships and ensure our policies evolve effectively.
The team's responsibilities encompass crucial tasks such as statutory reporting, including Data Transparency and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
