    Description

    Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-Backed Consumer Facing business based in East Midlands, searching for a commercially-driven and experienced CFO to partner closely with the CEO and PE Firm, helping drive growth agenda define the strategic direction of the business and leading it towards a successful exit in the future.

    Partnering with the CEO and Senior Management team, you will establish and execute a commercial strategy to realise the business's ambitious growth plans.

    Acting as a valued partner, sustained commercial, financial, and operational input will be contributed through the business.

    Furthermore, you will be developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. Acting as a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

    The ideal candidate must have:

    A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
    Experience as a CFO in a PE-backed business with a strong record in organic growth, preferably within a Consumer Facing sector
    Experience and ability to re-organise systems, processes and people.
    A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels
    A capable communicator, able to make decisive decisions, implement them, and present to investors and shareholders.

    Additionally, please provide information on the size and scope of transactions you have facilitated in your capacity as CFO.
