    STORE MANAGER | SHEFFIELD | SALARY UP TO £35,000 PLUS BONUS & BENEFITS | RETAIL Our client is a successful and well established high street retail business who are looking for a successful Store Manager for their busy store in Sheffield.

    Store Manager Responsibilities:
    Leading and motivating a large team of associates to successSales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer serviceLeading well by exampleDriving company targets and KPI's including average basket value, units and conversionAccountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operationsBudget and payroll managementCoaching and development of all associatesRecruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates

    Store Manager Experience:
    Experience working at pace within a retail or hospitality backgroundEnergetic and upbeat personalityManaging a large tem and turnoverExperienced driving KPI's and store data
