    Join Ocean Technologies Group's Ocean Learn team as a Team Leader and dive headfirst into the world of fleet management innovation
    Lead a squad of developers, collaborate with top talent, and champion quality in our legacy application support


    Leadership and Team Management:

    • NET developers and testers in the maintenance of high-quality software solutions.
    • Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure communication and alignment with project

    Project Management:

    • Plan project timelines and milestones, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Support work in an Agile environment (Scrum).

    Technical Development:

    • Oversee development, maintenance and implementation of .NET applications.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.
    • Review code to maintain high quality and performance standards.
    • Supervise current and new DevOps environment
    Stay abreast of advancements in software development practices.

    • Implement best practices for software development and documentation.
    7+ years of commercial development experience
    ~4+ years of experience leading Scrum teams
    ~ NET Framework (4.2) with expertise in VB and C#
    ~ Familiarity with NuGet, object-oriented programming, and client-server based architecture
    ~ Experience in integration and acceptance tests, SQL (MS SQL 2012+), application logging, and Git

    ~ Leadership and Management:

    ~ Basic experience with front-end languages and libraries (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
    NET Core, legacy code, and GraphQL

    Understanding and experience with CI/CD, Identity Providers, SSO (Keycloak), Jenkins, AWS/Azure, application performance measurement, Jira/Confluence, Microservices, distributed architecture, REST API, Scrum/Agile, Azure DevOps, and Test Driven Development (TDD) and unit tests.
