    An independent agency specialising in strategic media planning and advertising solutions.

    With a focus on creativity, innovation, and data-driven insights, we help our clients achieve their marketing objectives through effective campaigns across various media platforms.

    As a Media Planning Manager , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic media plans across out-of-home (OOH), television (TV), print, and radio platforms.

    Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives, target demographics, and budget constraints.

    Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, audience behaviour, and media consumption patterns to inform media planning decisions.

    Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across OOH, TV, print, and radio platforms to maximize reach and impact.
    Work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment between media strategy and messaging.
    Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide insights to optimise media plans and drive continuous improvement.
    Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favourable rates and placements on behalf of clients.
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Proven experience (2 years) in media planning, preferably within an agency setting.
    In-depth knowledge of out-of-home, television, print, and radio advertising platforms, including audience demographics and pricing structures.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and media partners.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative media solutions.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
