- Manage and develop additional reports to help managers understand the impact of expenses on business performance.
- Support in compiling the annual budget by collaborating with budget holders and line managers to ensure comprehensive information is available.
- Assist in the regular forecasting process by maintaining up-to-date information for accurate completion of the forecast model including P&L, CF, and BS.
- Enhance budget accuracy in various operational areas.
- Create and assess management information reports for each reporting unit monthly, focusing on financial and non-financial data accuracy. Collaborate with budget holders to investigate unexpected variations.
- Participate in the month-end procedures by reviewing MI reports and working with the finance team to ensure proper revenue and cost allocation, accurate stock records, and correct postings. This role will involve journal entries, reconciliations, etc., making prior month-end process experience desirable.
- Aid in financial modeling for investment evaluations.
- Update and manage the weekly cashflow report.
- Provide information to the Finance team during peak periods such as the year-end audit preparation.

Our client is a prominent food manufacturing brand in Scotland. The food industry is dynamic, fast-paced, and always evolving, which is why they seek individuals with a vibrant personality and a determination to surpass customer expectations.
A new opening is available to join the busy Finance team of the company. The position is for a Management Accountant located in the Stonehaven Area – specific details are provided during the application process.
