    Description

    We have exclusively partnered with a boutique European Debt Advisor who are looking to expand their team in London. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience within Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, M&A, or Restructuring.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a highly successful and ambitious team, with excellent career opportunities.

    The team advises clients, exclusively equity sponsors, on the arranging of debt for event driven situations, acquisitions and refinancings, LBOs, IPOs and amend & extends. The team are specialists in the technology sector, with a focus on software intensive businesses.

    The business has grown significantly in recent years, and therefore, are seeking a junior resource to support the deal flow.

    Successful candidates will have:

    • Excellent educational background from a top academic institution.
    • At least two years of experience within Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, M&A or Restructuring.
    • Strong modelling skills (able to build an LBO from scratch).
    • Ability to keep to a timetable and deliver timely and accurate work product.
    • Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial business environment.
