    Analyst/Associate - Debt Advisory/M&A (Renewables)

    A leading investment management firm is looking for a dynamic and talented M&A / Debt Advisory Associate to join their growing Renewable Energy team.

    As an M&A / Debt Advisory Associate in the Renewables Sector team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and debt-related transactions within the clean energy sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of industry experts on high-impact projects and gain valuable experience in the field

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Managing renewable energy transactions from origination through execution
    • Conducting financial analysis and modelling
    • Developing marketing materials such as pitch books, information memorandums etc.
    • Building relationships with clients while managing their expectations throughout the transaction process

    Qualifications/Skills Needed:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus
    • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or debt advisory.
    • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
    • Buy-side experience is advantageous but not essential
    • A passion for the renewables sector
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • A second European language is ideal (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
