    Objectives of this Role

    As a Digital & E-commerce Manager, your primary objective will be to lead the development and growth of our digital experience and e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for building and executing strategies to drive revenue and expand our online presence. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive customer journey and generate revenue growth
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
    • Managing content, product listings, and promotions
    • Strategizing digital marketing campaigns tied into e-commerce strategy
    • Analysing sales data and customer behaviour to optimize performance
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives
    • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance and initiatives
    • Managing budget and P&L reports for strategy

    Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
    • Proven track record of developing e-commerce platforms from scratch and driving significant revenue growth (£1-2 million)
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, technologies, and trends
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience building ecommerce from scratch

    Salary: £45,000

    Start: Immediately

    Location: London/Stockholm
