    Aufgaben Product Management:

    • In Abstimmung mit KundInnen identifizierst du User Needs und Potenziale um Business Value zu kreieren
    • Du definierst Product Visions und Roadmaps, die alle StakeholderInnen hinter dem Produkt vereinen
    • Du arbeitest täglich mit einem Team aus UX-DesignerInnen und EntwicklerInnen zusammen, um Features anzupassen und umzusetzen, und ein Produkt zu liefern, das die User lieben
    • Du schaffst Strukturen, eng mit ProjektmanagerInnen und NutzerInnen des Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten
    • Du setzt Analytics-Tools auf, um die Nutzung des Produkts zu quantifizieren und die ausgeschöpften Potenziale zu kommunizieren

    Aufgaben Founders Associate:

    • Projektmanagement: Du wirst an der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten arbeiten und sicherstellen, dass sie innerhalb des Zeitrahmens und des Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
    • Geschäftsentwicklung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern wirst du uns bei der Akquise von neuen Kunden und der Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms helfen, indem du potenzielle Kunden recherchierst und bei der Erstellung von Angeboten unterstützt.
    • Marketingstrategie: Du wirst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und -taktiken für unsere Kunden und unser eigenes Branding unterstützen.

    Was du mitbringst:

    • Du bist ein Fan von guter User Experience und hast den Anspruch dem Nutzer mit deiner Software eine gute Lösung zu liefern
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, TUM-BWL oder ähnlichen Studienfaches oder relevante Erfahrung
    • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einem Produkt-Team, als UX Designer oder als Entwickler
    • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Miro, Sketch, und Zeplin
    • Erste Erfahrung mit Analytics Tools wie Google Analytics
    • Du beherrschst die Deutsche und Englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
    • Nice to have: Erfahrung als Teil eines Scrum oder Kanban-Teams
