    Verisart provides pioneering solutions for verifying authenticity, creating digital collectibles and building community.

    Established in 2015, Verisart has helped over 40,000 creators and brands grow their businesses with the Verisart Shopify App, patented Certificates of Authenticity, secure printed products and tokengating.

    Description

    As an experienced Product Designer, you'll design and optimize the user interaction on our core subscription business and manage the overall look and feel of our design.

    You'll be be confident with Web3 and enjoy the intersection of physical and digital.
    You'll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and a high-performing cross-functional product and engineering team.
    Key responsibilities
    Design the user interaction for new product features using methodologies that are grounded in user-centered design thinking
    Applying proven design patterns + new Web3 patterns in your work
    Create journey maps, wireframes and prototypes to quickly get feedback from customers and stakeholders
    Work closely with developers to refine tickets and resolve issues that arise during implementation
    Optimize existing user journeys to achieve specific outcomes
    Regularly conduct usability testing of the product and your designs
    Support research to ensure we deeply understand our customers' "job to be done"
    Establish workflows for prototyping and testing prototypes with users
    Analyse data to identify customer pain points and design solutions to address them
    Work and improve upon design system
    Requirements
    You're an experienced Product Designer with 3+ years experience.
    You have experience with consumer SaaS, ecommerce and a strong interest in web3
    You use proven methodologies in your design and research
    You're a confident presenter
    You're deeply familiar with recognised UX/UI design and interaction patterns across desktop and mobile.
    You can demonstrate how your previous designs have driven specific customer behaviours with measurable results. This might be registration, creation, conversion or other actions.
    You will also feel comfortable supporting marketing and branding requirements
    You will enjoy creative direction
    Skills and tools
    You're proficient with a suite of digital design tools, especially Figma.
    You're comfortable using Jira, Slack and Notion as part of an agile product team.
    You enjoy talking to customers and can organize user research sessions and summarize the results.
    You're resilient and up for the challenge of forging new territory in web3
    You have strong and well-reasoned opinions but you're also flexible as new information comes to light.
