    Your Responsibilities
    • Develop a comprehensive roadmap outlining the implementation of Power BI services, ensuring a strategic approach to data visualization and analysis solutions
    • Enhance the front-end aesthetics of Power BI dashboards, prioritizing intuitive design, creating wireframe prototypes to optimize user experience and making data insights accessible and engaging
    • Show strong leadership and communication skills, captivating and engaging audiences during presentations, drawing on years of experience in Power BI
    • Demonstrate strong consulting skills, leveraging expertise to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients, driving successful project outcomes
    • Architect and maintain a robust data model, to support extensive agency data and Power BI applications
    • Design and implement a robust data security plan for Power BI projects, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and compliance with relevant data protection laws and standards
    • Leverage a deep understanding of Power BI's functionalities, both front-end and back-end, to provide innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
    • Design and execute compelling Power BI pre-sale demonstrations tailored for potential clients, effectively showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits
    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on utilizing Power BI, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage the platform's capabilities for their specific needs
    • Engage in strategic discussions with customers to understand their reporting needs and objectives, demonstrating critical thinking skills to analyze and assess report functionalities and usability
    • Facilitate internal training sessions and actively contribute to the upskilling of the internal Power BI community, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

    Skills and Experience

    • 5+ years of Power BI experience; familiarity with Azure Data Services
    • At least 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting roles
    • Proficient in Power Query and DAX
    • Strong knowledge of data modelling and process engineering
    • Experience implementing a data security plan within projects
    • Excellent communication skills and remote teamwork proficiency

    Skills and Experience

    Desirable Skills:

    • 5+ years of Power BI experience; familiarity with Azure Data Services
    • At least 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting roles
    • Proficient in Power Query and DAX
    • Strong knowledge of data modelling and process engineering
    • Experience implementing a data security plan within projects
    • Potential client pre-sale demonstration presentation experience
    • Excellent communication skills and remote teamwork proficiency
    Complementary Experience:
    • Knowledge of how to build out a successful Power BI training plan and experience conducting these trainings
    • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or equivalent, demonstrating an understanding of visual aesthetics and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs
    Preferred Certifications:
    • Microsoft Data Analyst Associate (DA-100/PL-300)
