    KITCHENS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
    Location: LONDON

    What You'll Do:

    The Kitchen Ops Associate is responsible for assisting the Group Operations Manager, the GM's and NBRHD Captains. They aid in the smooth operation of all kitchen boxes and sites, both Execution and Production. These tasks include assisting in in-box chef management, training, brand stewardship, production improvement and operational optimization.

    KITCHEN OPERATIONS

  • Aid in optimizing recipes and ensure COGS percentages are maintained across all menu items
  • Help supervise implementations of new menu items and brands
  • Liaise with the Box Head Chefs and Production Head Chef regarding staff management, food costs and issues arising
  • Liaise with the Data team and the Kitchen Ops Team regarding daily platform metrics
  • Monitor action taken relating to platform metrics and sales data, feedback to relevant parties
  • Help supervise food quality, standards and production across all boxes and sites
  • Monitor stock reports and order volumes from box chefs

    • STAFFING, TRAINING AND HIRING

  • Help manage and approve the rotas at all boxes and sites
  • Ensure new staff members are added to payroll
  • Liaise with box managers regarding staffing issues and feedback to applicable parties
  • Liaise with and aid the Training Team in identifying and filling skills gaps across all boxes and sites
  • Support and lead the hiring process for new chefs.

    • FOOD SAFETLY, HEALTH AND SAFETY AND FOOD QUALITY

  • Liaise with the QA team to maintain food quality and ensure customer and Brand satisfaction across all boxes and sites
  • Ensure that standard recipes are always being followed
  • Ensure required food safety documentation is present and up-to-date in all boxes and sites
  • Work with box teams to promote food hygiene, quality standards and recipe adherence
  • Ensure staff adhere to all food and health and safety practices
  • Conduct weekly spot-checks on food-safety protocols in each box or site.
  • Produce action plans to avoid food safety and health and safety concerns
  • Oversee relevant food controls and correct temperatures check systems, ensuring they are always logged and adhered to.
  • Seek and attend training courses to maintain and improve knowledge pertinent to your role
