    Evermile is the #1 local delivery platform for small businesses.

    We're growing quickly and seeking a highly motivated and driven Operations Associate to join our UK team and play a key role in scaling our business across the country.

    As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our customers - local businesses (SMBs) while they use our Local Delivery Platform.

    Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat, email, and phone.
    Serve as an expert on the Evermile Platform and assist customers with technical and operational problems.

    Work hand-in-hand with customers, Delivery Partners, and internal team members to troubleshoot live delivery issues and successfully manage them to completion.

    Work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to identify and implement improvements to our platformTake an active role in specific CS, product, and ops-related projectsQualifications2 years of experience in a customer-facing support, CS, or Ops role, preferably with a tech company or marketplace operations.

    Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change.
    Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new technologies and systems.
    Familiarity with delivery management platforms or similar technology is a plus.
    Flexibility in terms of working hours, with a commitment to 10-20 hours per week mainly over the weekend.
