    Business Development / Client Relationship - Professional Services - FTC

    Full-time Colliers is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local, national, and international basis.

    Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research.

    Paid bonuses to all our staff every year for over 15 years Reporting to the Head of Property Management you will be responsible for business development and client management across the department.

    The team manage a diverse range of assets for a variety of clients across the country and as such, you will have responsibility for the following services:

    Leading all formal tenders / pitches within the department, working closely with Directors and the Bid Team to deliver tenders in a timely manner and to the highest quality.

    Host bi-weekly Business Generation Meetings and develop pipeline of new business opportunities for department
    Work closely with Marketing, PR and Digital teams to deliver external and internal messaging for department.
    Deliver New Business Academy training sessions to rising stars within the department.
    Attend and contribute to monthly EMEA Business Development calls with Property Management leads from across Europe.
    Including attending and contributing to monthly business development meetings with colleagues across the company.
    Creative and ability to think outside the box for pitches
