- Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
- Work with content supplied by our in-house 3D animation team, and incorporate this material into online courses and solutions using 3rd party interactive software.
- Design and develop instructional material, presentations, eLearning modules, courses, and multimedia content using authoring tools and graphic design software.
- Create interactive and engaging learning activities that enhance the overall learning experience.
- Develop multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
- Edit and enhance existing multimedia materials to align with instructional goals.
- Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of eLearning materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Work with our in-house 3D team to see how best to integrate interactivity and immersive ideas into online learning experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, eLearning technologies, and best practices.
- Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills in eLearning design.
- Adhere to company's policies and procedures.
- HNC/HND or degree in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or a related field or 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in working with interactive 3D models, AR and VR.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Familiarity with SCORM and other eLearning standards.
- Experience with working with project management and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
