    Description

    We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Air Source Heat Pump Technical Manager to join our clients team based in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area

    We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis, therefore meaning, you'll be employed directly by the client.

    What you'll be doing:

    You'll be part of our clients renewables team, responsible for the below:

    • Overseeing ASHP projects in your area.
    • Supervising surveys and heat loss designs conducted by our clients Surveyor and Design Team.
    • Organize the necessary training for our installs team as and when required.
    • Assist with coordinating work check-ins and post installation inspections.
    • Ensure quality and compliance to industry standards.
    • Report on KPI's set by senior management.
    • Assist the installations manager with the development of the installations team.

    Hours:

    Monday to Friday - 8 AM till 4PM.

    Overtime is always readily available and paid at an enhanced rate.

    Pay:

    £50,000 per year + a ton of benefits.

    Skills/Experience required:

    • Experience in the same or similar role, in the same industry, working with heat pumps.
    • Full UK driving license
