    Job Title: Chef de Partie

    Location: Mayfair, West End of London
    Salary Range: £36,000 - £39,000 per year

We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their renowned culinary team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the club's Head Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, creating exquisite Mediterranean-inspired dishes that delight our discerning members.
    • Take ownership of your section in the kitchen, showcasing your culinary creativity and skill as you prepare, cook, and plate dishes to perfection.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative menu offerings and daily specials, ensuring a dynamic and exciting culinary experience for our esteemed clientele.
    • Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end kitchens, with a proven track record in Mediterranean cuisine.
    • A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
