    Capgemini has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join its EMEA FCC Advisory Solutions Team based in London.

    The Team provides advice and solutions to help clients prevent financial crime and meet their financial crime compliance obligations for Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Fraud and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.

    Capgemini FCC Advisory has an immediate need for a Senior Manager with seven or more years' experience within FCC-related roles and a sound knowledge of FCC programmes, systems and controls.

    Typically working in teams, the Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and reporting stages of multiple advisory client engagements, as well as managing key client accounts.

    Our Senior Manager will have knowledge in a range of areas, are considered subject matter experts in some, and are aware of emerging industry and risk trends and contribute to thought leadership and new product design.

    Keep abreast, and maintain an understanding, of current and emerging regulations, regulatory drivers and business strategies to enable effective evaluation of governance, risk management and compliance environments in financial institutions and corporations.

    Maintain an effective professional network to stay informed of developments within the industry.
    Provide governance, compliance and risk management thought leadership and guidance via external presentations, publications etc.
    Proactively help identify best practices across Capgemini and externally with peers in the industry.

    Responsible for oversight and technical execution of all compliance, risk and governance advisory work conducted by teams within areas of responsibility.

    Development and management of small teams.
    Development and line management of junior level staff.
    Responsible for overseeing effective planning, management and execution of client engagements.

    Lead teams on client engagements, ensuring teams are adequately supervised, delivering high quality products and services on time and to budget, and dealing with any barriers to progress appropriately.

    Provide direction to enable team to evaluate client internal control structures to identify weaknesses, evaluate the general risk faced by the client, and the potential impact of those risks on the organization and the controls mechanisms in place to mitigate that risk.

    Provide pragmatic advice concerning the practical implications of financial services regulation and how institutions should best manage these.
    Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role with people management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to organize and effectively handle multiple tasks and workflows in a fast paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.

    Ability to be resilient and adaptable on projects in order to execute in spite of complexities and complications.
    Well-developed aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    Some exposure to business development/direct client relationship management.
    Proficient with PC environments and related software, including Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel.
    Additional language skills a plus.
    Ability to travel outside of home country to meet client engagement needs.
