- Maintain local documentation.
- Oversee all aspects of projects (including step change projects) from start to finish, so that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead the weekly and monthly result reporting and associated improvement TIP.
- Lead sustainable improvement of 5S performance throughout the plant.
- Improve plant quality and delivery measures.
- Good leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as the Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery across the business.
