    Meliá White House is a recently renovated and elegantly modern hotel conveniently situated near Regent's Park, just a short stroll from the iconic shopping hubs of Oxford Circus and Regents Street. The hotel is easily accessible, with Warren Street, Great Portland Street, and Regent's Park underground stations all within a 5-minute walk.

    About the Role - What You'll Be Doing

    Mission: Your mission is to deliver top-notch, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their first impressions of the hotel are exceptional. Be a welcoming presence in the lobby and public areas, especially during peak times.

    • Demonstrate outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, particularly VIPs.
    • Assist with VIP arrivals, escort guests to rooms, and support various hotel departments during busy periods.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and needs promptly and professionally, following hotel protocols.
    • Be prepared to respond appropriately in emergency situations as per hotel procedures.
    • Undertake duties as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager.
