    We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join the reimbursed Nutrition team as Sales Director, responsible for maximizing the division's sales and margin, achieving national market share targets across core adult, infant and paediatric markets, through superb leadership of the regional management team.

    Deliver sales and margin goals for the division
    Ensure volume growth in Abbott Contract areas
    Manage budgets within agreed parameters, assist in forecasting and budget planning
    Identify opportunities, supporting key accounts and customers, and driving the contracting process
    Monitor KPI's and ensuring data warehousing utilised to provide full effort results capabilities
    Drive sales force effectiveness, omni channel activities etc. Lead sales conferences and fully contribute to the Nutrition Leadership team
    Prior sales management/sales director experience within healthcare (nutrition/pharma ideally)
    Solid understanding of regulatory, medical and contracting functions
    Strong analytical skills/commercial acumen, negotiating skills and will to win
